Attention: Wedding Vendors

I frequently will have vendors come up to me and say "I really wanted a client of mine to call you.  They really needed someone to help them with their wedding, but they just didn't get it!"

What can we do as Wedding Coordinators to help vendors create a compelling message for their client's benefit?  Would vendors appreciate something that would make this easier for them in the form of a handout, a video?  An invitation for a free consultation?  I'm all ears!
